This is the earlier year of the Slide Out Modification so it still came with the original Sofa/Sleeper, They work but totally inefficient when it comes to the extra room afforded by the Slide Out. For your own accommodation, plan on buying an inexpensive regular home Sofa/Bed Fold Out Bed. There isn't room for one in your standard RV. Remember, this is your own living room and just like any living room you can put your own touch to it.
All of the newer RVs with Slide Outs, already come with the full fold out beds. It allows you to have 2 rooms with nice size beds instead of just the rear bedroom. You're Guest/Kids, Family will be in a regular bed.

This RV Comes with a Very Nice Combination of Cabinets and Drawers throughout. Drawers are important, they allow you to stay organized rather than stacking everything, this one has plenty of drawers and Obviously has lots of lower storage space.

After all of that, here is the Surprise: It’s not complete showroom. If you are looking for showroom, plan on something New and on spending much more for an RV. It's not new, it has some light pealing on the pin stripes and slight clear coat peal on a couple of the lower compartment doors from the sun, actually a lot less than normal for the year, the paint and body is in very good condition, No Dents, No Scrapes. You can tell that it has had good care when driving it. It has Great Specialized Mirrors like a school bus seeing places that are hard to see otherwise, Great for Parking and Driving, as well it has a backup Camera. It does have a couple of cracks in the windshield. The drivers side just a bit down in the lower right corner, The passenger side, more centered and elongated. Nothing that hinders the view, or anything to be overly concerned about, it’s next to impossible not to get them with all of the gravel trucks on the road these days, it is still probably the best running and spacious that you will find in this price range (The Bones are Nice, I priced it at a Very Fair Price to sell to the first person to see it, someone who isn't a real picky person looking for showroom in 26 year old RV. This is for Someone looking for nice accommodation and dependability, not perfection. It is missing the shower hose that you spray your self off with $20 on amazon, just plugs in. Everybody likes their own spray of choice. It's a simple plug in hose attachment.
The toilet water control valve needs to be replaced, very easy to do, also a $20 dollar item, same as what you need to do when it happens in your regular home toilet, except this one is even easier. I could fix these things and charge more for the RV but I'm too busy. I left much more than than plenty of room for any repairs in the price, initially, I was planning on taking the time and asking much more but that's not going to happen any time soon so, somebody gets a better than average buy. Almost forgot, the microwave has a plastic button that you push in to open the door. It broke, It works, not new, but the door opens when you push the button. That's what the button was meant to do. Anyway, like I said, it's not showroom but still the Best Buy that you are going to find. Perfect Running Condition, Motor fires up instantly, and runs just like New, Drives Smooth as con be, and you have a Full length Slide.... Good bones, Nice Accommodation, Dependable..... That is the most import, of all. How does it run, will it get me where I want to go and of course the Slide Out Feature.

This will sell to the first person to see it and hopefully it goes to someone who really needs it……. I'm hoping for someone who needs a place to stay.

You will never find me without one, Best times of my life was staying in an RV with my kids back in the early 80s, the beach and mountains was where we took our home. I have owned one ever since.
