Usually an ok place to get a quick hair cut. Not so today! Took my teenager to get a trim before school starts back and the lady asks if she wants to keep the undercut but doesn't ask about how the rest should be trimmed. She was rough, pulling her hair and obviously didn't want to be there. The main issue was one of the employees had a "service" dog roaming the place. It was not well trained as it growled at me and barked as a person walked by outside the door. The worst part was that the entire place stunk of dirty dog and poop.

Went here to get haircut. The store manager did my hair and she did not do what I asked. She cut it way too short and it's uneven! Will not be going to any Great Clips!

Door was locked and could not get in to get haircut. Tried calling, got no answer but back door was open so person probably on lunch or smoking. All I wanted was haircut, now am sad and too much hair.

Great place to get your hair cut as far as chains go. The barbers are always nice and understanding. The wait sometimes is out of hand for an overstaffed chain business but gets my vote of 4 for always doing a pretty good job.
