Stefan Gmür
Executive Vice President and the Chief Executive Officer for State Street Bank International GmbH
Stefan Gmür is executive vice president and the CEO for State Street Bank International GmbH and global head of the Official Institutions segments.
Prior to this role, he was head of Sector Solutions for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA),responsible for sales, cross-sell to existing clients, M&A and large-deal activity across all our client sectors.
Stefan joined State Street in 2002 with 15 years of experience in new business development securities operations, client service, cash management, trade finance, equity trading, securities lending, relationship management and marketing.
Prior to joining State Street, Stefan spent five years with Deutsche Bank, based in London and Frankfurt. He served as a managing director of Global Securities Services, overseeing the client management and sales divisions in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His responsibilities included P&L, sales/relationship management and client service for depotbank, onshore fund administration, custody, cash management and trade finance.
Prior to his appointment with Deutsche Bank, Stefan held senior level positions at Bank Leu AG, JP Morgan and The Bank of New York.
Andreas Niklaus
Senior Vice President, Member of the Executive Management Board, State Street Bank International GmbH
Andreas Niklaus is senior vice president and as member of the Executive Management Board of State Street Bank International GmbH responsible for the Depotbank and Custody Services business units.
Andreas joined State Street in 2003 and managed the Depotbank until 2006. Following Deutsche Bank's sale of its GSS business to State Street, Andreas successfully integrated the Depotbank into State Street Bank International GmbH. He has been the Chief Operating Officer since 2006 and is responsible for Global Services in Germany, Austria, Netherlands and the Nordics.
His career began with an apprenticeship within the savings and loans association, followed by a degree in banking at the Frankfurt School of Finance. Andreas managed various functions within Deutsche Bank's Securities Services division including Corporate Actions and Sales and Account Management for Institutional clients.
Kris Wulteputte
Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and member of the Executive Managing Board for State Street Bank International GmbH
Kris Wulteputte is chief risk officer, responsible for risk management for State Street Bank International GmbH and its branches. He chairs the State Street Bank International GmbH Risk Committee.
Kris has more than 20 years of relevant experience in the banking industry and in risk management. He joined State Street from KAS BANK, a publicly traded Dutch custodian bank, where he was CFRO and a member of the board responsible for Finance, Risk, Legal and Compliance.
In the late ‘90s he was a member of the Risk Management Services Group at JPMorgan in London and New York and a founding partner of RiskMetrics Group, closely involved with the introduction of quantitative risk measures like Value at Risk and Average Shortfall, and with the introduction of methodologies for market risk management, credit portfolio management and long-term scenario generation. After returning to continental Europe, he held various risk management positions and a Head of Treasury position in the Netherlands.
He started his career as a teaching assistant in stochastic processes (Ghent University) and has been a visiting lecturer in risk management at the VU University in Amsterdam (The Netherlands). He was an independent member of the risk committee at LCH. Clearnet, a leading multi-asset clearing house and has spoken widely on risk management issues and the Basel capital accords.
Kris holds a degree in engineering with great distinction from Ghent University (Belgium) part of which was the completion under the ERASMUS program of an M.Sc. in Digital Systems Engineering at UMIST (UK.).
James K. E. fa*gan
Senior Vice President and Member of the Executive Management Board for State Street Bank International GmbH
James K. E. fa*gan is senior vice president and serves as Treasurer of State Street Bank International GmbH. He is responsible for the oversight and management of corporate investments, treasury-related liabilities (aggregate deposits), interest rate risk (Asset and Liability Management), treasury collateral management, and liquidity risk management for the bank. James is also responsible for Global Credit Finance for State Street Bank International GmbH extending credit to the firm’s broad range of institutional clients and oversees the bank’s Leveraged Loan investments.
James began his career at State Street Corporation and has been with us for 24 years. He spent 10 years working in Boston and the last 14 years in Munich. Before his appointment to Treasurer of State Street Bank International GmbH in 2011, he held roles within State Street’s Global Markets division. In this capacity, Mr. fa*gan provided capital-raising and liquidity strategies for clients in the United States, Europe and the emerging markets of Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
James attended Phillips Academy and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Kenyon College and a Master of Business Administration degree from both The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar Germany.
Denis Dollaku

Denis Dollaku is senior vice president and member of the Executive Management Board of State Street Bank International GmbH. He is the branch manager for State Street Bank International GmbH Italy. Within the Executive Management Board Denis is responsible for the branches of State Street Bank International GmbH in Italy and France, as well as being responsible for fund administration activities within State Street Bank International GmbH.
Denis was appointed as the head of State Street Bank International GmbH – Italy Branch in July 2019, after previously holding the position of General Manager for almost 8 years, where he was responsible, among others, for Operations, Information Technology and Product Development.
Denis joined State Street in March 2000 holding various positions within the Corporate Audit division working out of State Street offices in Boston, London, Frankfurt and Munich. Prior to moving to Italy end of 2011Denis held the role of head of Internal Audit of State Street Bank GmbH, covering Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland.
Denis holds an MBA degree from Suffolk University in Boston. He is a member of the Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA®) Institute.
Annette Rosenkranz

Annette is senior vice president and member of the Executive Management Board of State Street Bank International GmbH.
Annette joined State Street Bank International GmbH in 2005 and since that time has held various positions within the bank’s Finance division.
Annette has been actively involved in the strategic development of State Street Bank International GmbH over the last 16 years within Regulatory Reporting, Accounting, Financial Planning, ICAAP and Recovery and Resolution Planning functions. She was appointed to the Head of Finance of State Street Bank International GmbH in 2017, after previously holding the position of head of Regulatory Reporting for more than six years.
Since July 2021, Annette has served as the Chief Financial Officer for State Street Bank International GmbH overseeing the Finance functions Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Financial Planning, Billing and Tax.
Annette holds a degree in business administration from the University of Applied Sciences Munich.
Simona Stoytchkova

Simona Stoytchkova is a senior vice president and member of the Executive Management Board of State Street Bank International GmbH. She is responsible for the Global Markets and State Street Digital divisions in Continental Europe.
Simona’s career began in external audit, where she subsequently qualified within three years as a Chartered Accountant (ACA). Following her qualification, Simona moved into financial services and spent the next 14 years in investment banks such as Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Société Générale in London, Paris, Munich, and Frankfurt within Fixed Income and Equities in Product Control, Business Management, Relationship Management and Sales Management.
In 2020, she joined IG Europe, the world’s leader in online trading, as a Managing Director, where she served as Country Head Germany and Netherlands, and was also a Member of the European Board. During this year, she was named as one of the Most Inspiring Women in Germany’s 40 over 40 listings. In 2021, Simona also served as a Jury Member on the Impact of Diversity Awards.
Simona holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honors in Business Studies from LSBU in London.
Dagmar Kamber Borens

Dagmar Kamber Borens is a senior vice president and member of the Executive Management Board of State Street Bank International GmbH. She is the branch manager for State Street Bank International GmbH Zurich branch since August 2021.
Dagmar spent more than 17 years at UBS AG, where she held a number of senior management positions in Zurich, London and Singapore, including group chief financial officer for Asia Pacific. She was also the chief operating officer and member of the Executive Committee of the Swiss Universal Bank at Credit Suisse AG, where she was responsible for the Divisional Strategy, IT and Operations, Digitalization, Data Protection, Banking Products, and Marketing and Sponsoring. Most recently, Dagmar was the designated Chief Executive Officer and Country Head of Quintet Private Bank Switzerland AG.
Dagmar is a qualified lawyer and holds a doctoral degree in law (Dr. iur.) from the University of Basel, where she also earned her law degree.
Riccardo Lamanna

Riccardo Lamanna is senior vice president and member of the Executive Management Board of State Street Bank International GmbH. He is the branch manager for State Street Bank International GmbH Luxembourg branch since August 2021.
Riccardo joined State Street in May 2010 from Intesa Sanpaolo where he covered the role of head of Transaction Services within the Financial Institution Division. Prior to his current role, Riccardo was the head of Alpha Business Development for EMEA. Previously, he led State Street Bank GmbH International, Italy branch. Moreover, Riccardo served as a member of the Board of Directors of State Street Bank Luxembourg and a member of the Board of State Street Global Exchange GmbH.
Riccardo started his career at JP Morgan in 1991, covering different roles in Milan and London. In 1998, he moved to Paribas Paris to cover Management for Multi Direct Custody and Clearing Products. In 2000, moved back to Italy as head of Operations at Banca IMI, the investment bank of Sanpaolo IMI, Riccardo graduated in Business Administration at Università Cattolica, Milan.
