Teck dripped oil within the engine compartment while removing the funnel used to add new oil and flicked the dip stick into the engine compartment to remove the old oil so. he could get a new read on the oil level. Why do they not use a rag? Also, the techs glovers were covered in oil. When I got home there were 2 oily glove prints on the hood and an oily glove print under the hood. I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful to someone's property they are entrusting your company to work on. I normally change my own oil but thought I would give a try having someone else do it. I made a mistake choosing Valvoline. I will not return.

Usually, someone comes up while we wait and takes information. It was a Friday so they were a a bit busier. The wait was longer to get into the service area.

The customer service at the Lightfoot location in Williamsburg, VA is outstanding. The employees were efficient and thorough. The assistant manager, Trinity, solved the issue, brought to her attention, with ease. Everyone I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Simply have the correct information about who goes to the service center. I have never been to this Valvoline but apparently your records have me as owner of the vehicle which I got rid of in 2016. I certainly hope no credit card information is kept or we would be discussing fraud.
