Page 56 have 60fps cheat and it's working perfectly. There is no 60fps mod for 2.0.0 akaik.

Same issue, game freeze only when collecting ether.

This one is included in the zip file on page 56 already.
By the way the 60fps cheat only works on base game right? I try to use it on the 4th DLC and the first cutscene has really bad sound/ voice de-sync. And pixelated text also, don't know what caused this, i'm playing on 2x with emu scaler enabler cheat though.

I finally managed to find a fix for this. Uninstalled mainline yuzu and installed the early access version and played on it.

Emulation -> Configure -> Audio -> Output Engine: try both "cubeb" and "sdl2".

I seem to recall a bit of audio desync in this that setting that to sdl2 fixed for me, but this is gonna change depending on your hardware so try both... Also the desync issue may have been with one of the other xenoblade games (i've played them all in the past few months, including X).

Some other things to try if that doesn't work:
-Use task manager to increase Yuzu's process priority to "high" (should probably do this anyways, it'll help reduce stutters and slowdowns, and might get you a few more FPS)
-Switch between OpenGL and Vulkan.
-Disable any mods/cheats (especially the 60 fps one) and see if running without them fixes it (if it does, please narrow down which mod specifically causes the problem by adding them back in one at a time, and post the info).
-Try in both docked and handheld modes.

This issue happened before 2.0 for me (and with the previous 60fps mod). I have to turn off the mod to harvest ether (which fortunately I don't need to do much anymore).

Earlier versions of the mod (going back to before there was any dlc), the 60 fps mod had a toggle, where you'd hit a button combo to turn it on and off, so you could turn if off for cutscenes. After that they got a mod that switched itself off for cutscenes, so it could be set-and-forget. You can read all about it in the earlier pages of this thread.

Ah, so maybe it's been 30fps in cutscenes all this time? I guess that's a testament to the quality of my TV's motion smoothing that I didn't notice (I find it works better for stuff like cutscenes than gameplay - motion smoothing on 30fps gameplay has some noticeable artifacting around the characters when I rotate the camera). This is on an LG C1, where the motion smoothing has no noticeable input lag (unless I turn the black frame insertion setting to high IIRC, but I usually don't use that).

For Ryujinx you can just use the 16.0.0 keys and straight forward update

For Yuzu, you need to use Switch Army Knife (SAK) to patch the Wave 4 DLC and even 2.0 update (if it doesn't show you option to swap to dlc mode)
1. Drop the 16.0.0 prod key into the SAK bin folder
2. Open SAK.exe
3. Select patch NSP and choose the wave 4 dlc.
4. The patched file will be in the SAK folder, keeping the original intact.

Personally, I had to run the patch for both 2.0 and Wave 4 DLC to have it work in Yuzu.

- the [1080p Game & Cutscenes v1.4.0] patch is confusing, which game version/emu is this for ?
- I know it has been already asked, but do I need to enable the 2K mod without Emu Scaler and 1x in Yuzu settings, or only Emu Scaler enabled with 2x scaling in settings ?

Sorry about that I'll reupload it, I had everything set up and named 1.4.0 before they actually released the DLC so all my modding stuff was named 1.4.0 I'll fix it.

If using the 2K mod, you do not use 'Emu Scaler enabler', but you do have to use 'Disable Scaling'.

That said, the 2K and Disable Scaling mods haven't been converted for 2.0.0 yet, so you should just stick with the Emu Scaler Enabler mod.
