I absolutely LOVE Nail Ninja! I came here based on a recommendation from a friend to get a gel manicure and now I won’t go anywhere else! Everyone is so nice (special shout out to Kaitlin and Sarah!) and the shop has an amazing vibe. I loved my initial manicure with Kaitlin so much that I booked standing appointments with her immediately when I got home. We started doing BIAB in April and my nails have never been stronger or longer! Kaitlin always comes up with amazing design ideas and I leave each appointment loving my nails even more than the last time! My nail appointment is always the highlight of my day every few weeks and I’m so happy that I found this amazing place!

Can you imagine what it might feel like to have a glittery explosion of pure happiness?! Like so much joy, it explodes out of every orifice of your body. While i really enjoyed who i worked with. I had went in with a detailed spot, but came out with a simple design. Unfortunately, i also had chipped and broken nails within one hour. I have damaged nails from prior dips, but paying $100+ for my nails i had hoped for more than one hour before i had a chip a nail. It was very pretty design, but i had requested beach waves not a marble or geode. Again, i had wonderful service and but she didn’t do the design I showed her.

I first went to Nail Ninja in September, and had a cute gel design by Kaitlin. She was friendly, fun, talented, and extremely professional. I went again just last week, and had a gel manicure done by Kimberly.. she was just as great! I felt comfortable instantly. All the other staff seem to be just as wonderful and inviting. Update 7/21/22: Shannon is a pedicure QUEEN. Today I came in with a busted toenail from an injury that happened a few months ago. Shannon carefully cut the dead and detached parts of the nail off (painless!), smoothed the edges, and educated me on maintenance and what to watch for while it grows back. She wasn’t even fazed by the situation at all and was just delightful to talk to all the way through. Thank you!
