@GetSpectrum you're a joke of a company and service. For 4 weeks I have had inconsistent service paying for 100mgps and get 1mgps. 5 technicians, maintenance, and still no service!! Woohoo good job guys. I think it's time I jump ship to @ATT

Spectrum needs a gut check on customer service. After not showing to an appointment or calling to inform us, you dont return calls the whole day to reschedule, then at 5:15 tell me I have to take more time off work for simple internet install, and no apology. 🤬@Ask_Spectrum

Waiting at @GetSpectrum to swap a cable box to complete our downgrade, 9th out of 15 on the list, no movement since we got here 20+ minutes ago. Someone else described #Spectrum stores as "just as bad as the DMV". Seems like an accurate description.

@GetSpectrum is the worst internet company on the planet!! My service is absolutely horrible! My internet never works! The customer service sucks! They have no same day scheduling. If my black ass wasn't leaving in 6 months I would go back to @ATT for my internet service!!

It's a good thing that Internet Service is not a life of death matter because @Ask_Spectrum introduces doubts about the outcome, with a suspicious outage, followed by 2 days for a truck roll that may incur yet another fee.

@GetSpectrum Lol trying to watch tv on the spectrum app. With spectrums own wifi connection. Movie plays for 20 seconds with terrible picture then stops lol. You can’t watch spectrum tv in Queens, New York with the very wifi signal that spectrum provides. On a brand new iPhone. Pathetic.

@GetSpectrum @TENETFilm How can people watch anything with the slow wifi speeds spectrum provides? Trying to watch a movie on the spectrum app right now. On a new iPhone with spectrum wifi. This is the only device in the home accessing wifi right now. Picture is bad, movie keeps stopping.
